Steady, wordless sound that moves from side to side, for studying, reading and work.

Why it can help

Music without lyrics gives your brain something in the background without competing for words. The slow left-right movement keeps it from fading into silence, which some people, especially with ADHD, find helps them stay with a task.

It works differently for everyone. Try it for one full work block before you decide.

How to use it for a work session

  1. Pick one task and close everything else.
  2. Set a timer for 25 to 50 minutes.
  3. Start the album at low volume.
  4. When you drift, notice where the sound is, then go back to the task.

Good to know

This isn't a treatment for ADHD. If the movement distracts you, lower the volume, or try the sleep session, where the sound moves more slowly.
